Q.Described SQ3R reading techniques and its benefits.
OVERVIEW OF SQ3R:
The SQ3R method is a structured approach to reading that enhances comprehension and retention.
It stands for Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review.

STEPS OF SQ3R:

SURVEY;
Surveying involves scanning the text to get an overview. Look at headings, subheadings, 
summaries, and illustrations. For example, before diving into a textbook chapter on economics, 
a student might survey the headings, graphs, and summary to understand the scope and main 
topics.

QUESTION;
Formulate questions based on the survey. These questions guide the reading and focus attention on finding answers. For instance, after surveying a chapter on human anatomy, a student might 
ask, "What are the main functions of the skeletal system?"

READ;
Read the text thoroughly to find answers to the questions. Pay attention to details and take notes. 
For example, while reading about the skeletal system, the student looks for information on bone structure, functions and types.

RECITE;
Recite involves summarizing the information in your own words. This can be done verbally or in writing. For instance, after reading about the skeletal system, the student might write a summary or explain the main points to a study group.

REVIEW;
Review the material regularly to reinforce understanding and retention. This can include revisiting notes, summaries, and key points. For example, the student might review their notes on the skeletal system before an exam.
